Terms & Conditions

SR Pizza provides premium stone-fired pizza catering for events across Victoria. We specialise in live cooking experiences for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.

All our catering is prepared fresh on-site using premium ingredients and 36-hour fermented dough. Every pizza on our menu is 100% halal.

Quotes

All quotes are provided based on the information you give us about your event. Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be adjusted if your guest numbers or requirements change.

Minimum Spend

All catering packages require a minimum spend of $900.

Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit and send you a booking confirmation. This secures your date and locks in your package.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Prices are based on confirmed guest numbers and selected packages.

Deposit

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The deposit amount will be confirmed when you book.

Final Payment

Final payment is due before your event. We'll confirm the exact timing in your booking details.

Changes to Guest Numbers

Please provide final guest numbers at least one week before your event. You'll be charged for the confirmed number or actual guests served, whichever is higher.

Menu Selection

Choose your pizzas from the options in your selected package. Menu changes can be requested up to two weeks before your event, subject to availability.

Dietary Requirements

We're happy to accommodate dietary requirements when advised in advance. Please let us know about any allergies or special requirements when you book.

Allergen Information

While we take care to accommodate dietary requirements, we cannot guarantee our food is completely free from all allergens due to our preparation methods. Please inform your guests of any potential allergen risks.

Public Holidays & Special Events

A +10% surcharge applies to bookings on public holidays and special event days.

Gluten-Free Bases

Gluten-free bases are available for an additional $6 per pizza.

Vegan Options

Vegan options are available on request with additional charges.

Travel Fees

Travel fees may apply based on location (Melbourne metro and surrounds). This will be confirmed in your quote.

By You

If you need to cancel or make significant changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.

By Us

In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances (extreme weather, illness, equipment failure), we reserve the right to cancel. If this happens, we'll work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.

Date or Venue Changes

Changes to your event date or venue should be requested in writing as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes subject to availability.

Venue Access

Please ensure we have appropriate access to your venue, including parking for our vehicle and equipment. Our team needs sufficient time before your event to set up our stone-fired ovens.

Facilities

Your venue should have suitable space for our setup and service. We'll discuss specific requirements during the booking process.

Power and Water

If required for your event, please ensure access to power and water at your venue.

We will:

• Arrive at your venue with adequate setup time
• Provide all cooking and serving equipment
• Prepare all pizzas fresh on-site with live stone-fired cooking
• Provide professional, experienced service staff
• Serve your guests with care and professionalism
• Clean up our service areas and equipment

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate event information (date, time, location, guest count)
• Ensuring venue access and facilities as discussed
• Informing us of dietary requirements and special requests
• Paying according to agreed terms
• Informing your guests about potential allergen risks

Our Service

We take pride in providing premium, reliable catering. However, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, venue issues, or events caused by third parties.

Food Safety

We maintain high food safety standards and follow all health regulations. Once our service concludes, we're not responsible for food storage or handling by others.

Property

We are not responsible for damage to venue property caused by guests or circumstances outside our control.

We may photograph your event for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you prefer we don't use images from your event, please let us know in writing before your event date.

We value your feedback. If you have any concerns about our service, please contact us within seven days of your event. We'll respond promptly and work to resolve any issues.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please refer to it for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website with an updated date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
